PROGRAM ACCESS AGREEMENT
This Program Access Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Company and the Client upon purchase.
Grant of Access
Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, lifetime license to access the Company’s program, including core materials, content, and updates.
Lifetime Access Definition
“Lifetime access” means access for as long as the program is offered and maintained by the Company. The Company may update, modify, or discontinue features at its discretion.
Use Restrictions
All materials are proprietary. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any program content without prior written consent.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the program and immediate access to proprietary materials, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances.
Value Assurance
In place of a refund policy, the Company provides ongoing access to program content and updates to ensure continued value and usability over time.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the program remain with the Company. No ownership rights are transferred to the Client.
Modifications to Agreement
No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and agreed to by both parties.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the program.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
