One thing we can always expect around the corner is CHANGE in CBD consumer packaged goods.

This past year gave us the opportunity to reflect on things that are important to us outside of ‘the daily grind’.

But also scared us to our core in many ways as it’s apparent that no matter our situation in business, or in life, change CAN happen when we least expect it.

I am a ‘builder’, so as hard as this time was, I embraced it fully as a CHALLENGE to overcome.

We don’t have to be ‘comfortable’ with the bumps in the road, but we can be prepared to ‘pivot’ and take action AS things happen that we could not prepare for in real-time. This is where you need to settle into the confidence that every little bit counts and each day CAN make a difference.

Despite the hardship YOU faced, you likely learned something during this mess and that will follow you always.

Personally, I focused on my foundation: Family.

In business, also my foundation: back end processes, creation of services that would HELP my CBD/ Hemp clients with their own business challenges, and that gave me a sense of peace that I was moving in the right direction on a daily basis.

It didn’t always feel that way over the course of this last year, but something kept telling me to “keep going” instead of totally scrapping the plans I had made in a pre-pandemic world.

Granted, the scale to help other businesses build sales wasn’t as large as I had hoped, it was something to at least get started and test on a smaller scale rather than not try at all.
